Well at least this is what I do. The reason being I would like to talk about it is because this is so important, losing your self motivation is the number one Business Killer or in life general and there’s no one who’s immune to it.

As a Blogger I need to motivate my self all the time so I can produce quality products and/or services, so I can write better and you’ll be in great spirits.

I know how important it is especially in times like these. I mean look at the economy I am pretty sure many are going through so for some it’s more than enough already.

We see it everyday on the news people are losing their jobs, houses, cars, people are committing suicide and crime due to their desperation and they’re losing their motivation.

YES! Sometimes it’s really hard. I know life is NOT all rainbows and sunshine but with all the things I mentioned plus the loss of a loved one it just too much, and for some this is the case.

I myself am going through tough times but you know what like we say here in Vegas! "The Show Must Go On!" like my wife keeps telling me all the time, “Do what you can and what you don’t have control over give it to GOD and just move forward,” and it works all the time for me.

OK! Now I’m not trying to be politically incorrect here this is what always works for me.

Alright here’s what I do when it seems everything is enough already when you feel like the "Game Is Over" first I stop what ever I’m doing that moment in my case I work from home (I Make Money Blogging) with my PC I’m a blogger you know so I just get away from my computer for a moment,

Then I drink cold water just to cool down after that I will look at our family pictures you know the one that is on the wall I see when my kids are just tiny little things it just brings back those memories and make me smile

… And I will talk to my wife about it she is my best friend and she’s always there for me no matter what then I will talk to the kids or maybe make them laugh I like to see them smiling that makes my day you know and I will call a few friends just to talk to them.

Of course this is me I just want to share with you to give you an idea so you can try it and see if it works for you. Self Motivation is very important like what I said and you need it every single day. When you’re motivated everything seems too easy. It doesn’t matter whether you’re blogging or it’s business or personal.

This really works for me big time I never thought I’d have so many people that like me and my product and this motivates me and keeps me pressing forward.

Folks I hope this will help some of you that needs motivation or to someone that can use encouragement in these tough times.

Well me I’m gonna have a few changes here and there as far as planning and goal setting! I will list below my plan and updates for 2009 and what I’ve been working on!

Look And Feel Design Changes:
I was thinking about experimenting a new structure and new design for my blog (AlbertHallado.com) maybe not a whole lot of changes because what I have right now is just fine and it’s working as far as sales, but in business most of the time changes and innovation is great!

WordPress & Plugin Updates:
I just updated my blog platform from WP 2.6 to WP 2.7 so far so good no bugs or errors. As far as all my plugins I need to update a few and delete some that are not really doing anything, I will probably update my contact form plugin to a newer version, also the Share This plugin that you see at the bottom of every post and maybe the donation (Paypal) plugin.

Really, there won’t be a whole lot of changes. Now about SEO I will continue to implement VTJ "Vegas Traffic Jam!" this is still such a powerful method and it still works like a charm so NO worries Traffic wise!

Guest Bloggers:
I will invite some of my friends like John Delavera, Edwin Green, Willie Crawford, and Beau Penaranda to be a guest blogger here to contribute some useful and powerful strategies so you guys can really learn what works on the internet as far as blogging and internet marketing!

Also I might open it up for a few blog contributors that can write to my blog (Hint: maybe I will give this spot to my blog Top Commentator Hmmm…)

Blog Advertising:
Everyday I got emails enquiring about advertising on my blog but right now I only have those 125 x 125 banners ads and they run $ 45.00/month but are NOT available at this time so I will expand this department and will offer a 250 x 250 banner ads on the actual post and I think I will charge $100.00 (this will be a permanent banner on my blog)

Also I will offer a paid review and paid plugs and this will be $100.00 also. Now all this is not written in stone it’s just a plan.

Special Projects 2009:
Well right now I am working with a few projects that I think will create a huge buzz like the VTJ "Vegas Traffic Jam!" did and they’re:

Graphics Templates that you can use for list building, launches and Videos, I don’t want to tell you more than that I want to surprise you! I am still working on my Book (hard copy) and this will be about blogging hopefully I will publish this summer 2009 and I will try very hard to be on the Oprah Winfrey show to promote it hey! Who knows?

I also got invited to speak at a local seminar here in Vegas on Feb. 2009 and hopefully I’ll be able to teach blogging and touch peoples lives! OH! I am also working on a New Minisite Video Training and NO this is NOT a version 2 of minisite video training this is more on the structure and psychology behind it and what design really pulls money as far as sales so watch out for it!!

Yeah! I think I will do that you see video is more personal and people just love watching videos because they can see and hear you and you can connect with them right away.

Also Videos are a great and effective way to communicate with your members and readership that’s why if you guys notice most of my products have a video in it! because I know it will add value to your product and I am telling you all this so you can do the same or get an idea.

You know what I am going to do in the next blog post maybe I can teach you guys how to upload your video in youtube.com so you can do the video blog for your blog too. I will just upload all my videos to youtube.com they’re reliable and it’s free so I wont be using my bandwidth Ha! Ha!!

Well it just make sense to me if the video is for public we’ll just put it on youtube if it’s exclusive then use your server, right?

But there’s one thing that I don’t like with the youtube video player that they just made you know those search box that keep popping up.

You see I’ve been online blogging fulltime going on my second year and based on my experience from January to May is busy as far as sales but if you don’t position your self ahead of time you can’t benefit from this.
