Troy has been a successful business man for almost 18 years he’s been in the investigation business and he told me that he will now retire from this business and do something that he really love which is teaching and coaching people in their business and life and share his success and knowledge of 18 years so people can do the same.

Well in your business it’s almost the same but many don’t look at it as the same. If you think about all these major players on the net like multi billion dollar companies like Google, Yahoo, MySpace, Facebook , Twitter and many more they don’t get out there and start selling but rather they build their equity.

And actually Twitter is still in the process of that but it’s already worth millions so it kind of the same with your blog. For many they will start blogging and after 6 months if they don’t see money coming in then they’ll stop.

But they don’t realize they’re probably just 3 feet from their millions! So folks don’t give up and waste your equity, your valuable content now will be worth millions someday and one of these day you will harvest the fruit of your labor

I’ve noticed lately customer service just went down the toilet, what I mean by that is almost everywhere you go now the old customer service is long gone I remember when I had this particular cell phone and when I would call the 1-800 customer service for a simple question and…

Man! I had to argue with everyone before I got an answer (I will not name any companies) and this also applies here with local business. I was telling my wife when we went to eat at our favorite restaurant.

We noticed every single one from the manager to the server looked sad and nobody was smiling and they get mad at you when you ask for something. So most of the time I will just shake my head and pray for these folks that’s the best thing we can do,

Besides we don’t want to absorb their negativity. Folk you can’t run a business like this you just can’t. I always preach here on my blog business is all about building relationships and if you run your business in a negative atmosphere you will NOT survive period.

But what if you’re actually nice and helpful to your customers? Well let me tell you and show you an example what can happen. Last week I had an email asking me if I have an affordable templates that I can sell to him,

He had no idea about my other products and I know this because his email came from the "Minisite Video Training" contact us FORM. Actually I took a screenshot of the email below:

The reason being is your customers will feel confident enough to buy from you not once but twice because he knows there’s a human being on the other end that will answer if they have any questions, he feels someone will help if he doesn’t understand something!

This goes back to my post last week "How You Can Make People Buy From You" responding to email so your potential customer will build confidence and trust to buy from you!

Folks this is just one email, I receive many emails like this and it always result into sales, so really by replying to your customers emails will make you money

So now you know if you’re ignoring your customers email you might want to respond to it and pay attention. Your customers are responsible for making you money anyways… There you have it folks hope you learn and put it into action!!!

Well you know I notice it’s very hard for people to take action it’s our human nature to procrastinate that’s why even if I just get one comment on my blog I celebrate because I know that readers took action and time to write back.

So don’t be discouraged if you don’t get a comment. I know many blogs don’t get lots of comments even thought they have high traffic it is because Readers are just not motivated to take action and don’t want to participate. 

The solution to this is to motivate your readers to take action to whatever you want them to do but the big question is "HOW?" Ok! Here’s what I personally do to my own blog to motivate my readers.

You See emotion is a very powerful motivator and it is important to evoke emotions because people respond to emotions much more quickly. First I present a problem so they can relate to it to either a sad or happy emotion,

Then I incorporate or relate a true story (Facts) of something that I actually experienced in this way I will tell them that I totally understand their pain and situation.

Then I will tell them that they don’t have to worry about it because I will help them since I’ve been there and done that! In short I will present a solution to their problem.

Like for example I know lots of people who don’t know how to create their own minisite, it is very difficult to deal with all this technical stuff and they become frustrated because NOW their stuck, right?

And this is where I come in (the super hero) I will tell them don’t worry about it I will help you and show you how to create a simple minisite. Better yet I will create a video for you so you can watch it over and over again and learn.

So then on my video you’ll hear me talking to you and take you step by step through the whole process and after you watch my video I will simply say, “By the way if you wish for more comprehensive training I have a product that will teach you this!

Which is "Minisite Video Training," or if you decide you don’t want to create a minisite from scratch I also have pre made minisite templates that are ready to use and here’s the "link."

You see this strategy always works for me and everything is honest to goodness. They will leave your blog with a smile and in their mind your the biggest hero.

And you’ll be happy too because you’re probably gonna make a few sales and you just motivated and helped your readers so everyone is happy when both of you are motivated!

For me, "TRUST" is simply the result of a great relationship between two people. In my own words trust in a friend is someone that will not screw me up or stab me in the back; you know what I’m talking about? You’ve probably encountered people like this before

I wanted to talk about this because there’s so many bloggers or people that want to start an online/offline business but are looking in the wrong direction, I hear you asking, "What do you mean by that Albert?" Well I’m glad you asked.

Lots of times people focus too much on making money, monetization or some kind of SEO strategy don’t get me wrong all this is NOT something that you should ignore but really when you start a business and want it for long term something that you can pass along to your kids then you need to develop "TRUST."

Trust will position you and your business in a long lasting relationship and people will have confidence to deal with you or buy your products and services!

Folk I am sharing this with you because this is what I’ve been experiencing lately and my business is really doing great (even though the economy is struggling) I mean I am really busy, busy!

I tell some of my friends that I can’t even fart that’s how busy I am. You see there’s plenty of information out there on how you can make money blogging or make money in general but not very often do you read or teach about "How To Build Trust"

Yeah! This really surprised me even the so called GURU’s tell you to build your list, sell PLR’s, memberships and just a long list of the money making machine, Ha! Ha! Ha! Very funny…

Honestly! (I promise ) what is really going to make you money in any niche or any business online/offline is to develop "Trust" with your market and brand you or your business and be consistent with your branding so they’ll get to know you better!

Yeah! I’ve been there and done that all the monetization, make money through adsense, make money with PLR and all those products that are supposed to be money making machines, I’ve tried all the shortcuts and none of them really worked for me of course this is just based on my own experience.

What really makes me money is when I develop trust with my market, after that whatever product I offer to my members they take me up on it because they already know me and trust me!

And believe me trust will go further.. I am serious, I’ve had a client that is very big and famous I’ve only seen these folks on TV like the Oprah Winfrey show and I never expected these folks would contact me to work with them!

Folks I am not trying to brag about it but I am just telling you what it can do for you. The beauty about it is I didn’t use any JV’s, affiliates or send a blast to my list all of this is from word of mouth.

Yes! When people like you and trust you they talk about you and spread the word, and guys this is just the tip of the ice berg.

So instead of struggling to figure out how you can make more money why don’t you just focus on core values of your business which is building trust because if your goal is just to make a quick buck you might as well work 9-5 this way you’ll collect a paycheck every week, right?

But if you have an entrepreneur spirit in you and you want to build a long term business you need to develop trust with your market and with blogging you can easily do this, you can post videos so they can hear, see you talking and it’s more personal.

They will be able to see you even if they’re on the other side of the world. Also just provide true value to your readership NOT just sell, sell all the time! Just be completely honest and helpful to them.

That’s not hard, right? BWT: I am not afraid to share this secret with you because I believe there’s plenty of money to be made for everyone out there
