Albert,

I've been going back and studying a lot of your older posts. This one hit home with me....

It's amazing how much we can get "caught up" in the daily grind and forget who were serving...

And it's even more amazing how we can lose sight of what we need to be doing. Thanks for the reminder!

And thanks for a great post and thank you Troy for a great reply!

Blessings - Duane

Hey Albert some good tips there, the solution market is always good to find buyers. Blogging is the way forward, it is interactive so you can relate to your customers objections. That will result in more sales and increase your bottom line. Good post mate keep up the good work.

Albert, the part where you have stated in this post: CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS thats the most important part in my book. I think we get caught up in daily task and get overwhelmed with everything else we tend to forget about the customer.

When I boot up my computer everyday instead of looking at the paypal and bank transactions I look at the customer buying habbits and did the service meet the need and I will run random audits to see if they received proper service and are they happy with the service. You would be surprised when I do this I find that I could have saved them time and money and they really appreciate this knowing someone is on the other end watching and truly cares about them. Educate your customer and they will be a much better customer and that will result in less complaints and chargebacks.

The most powerful words I say to my customers when I talk to them is THANK YOU FOR YOUR BUSINESS AND I APPRECIATE YOU this my friend goes a long way.

Remember when a customer calls you thats an opportunity to do many things never look at it as a distraction and most of all smile when you are talking to them, believe it or not they can see a smile through the phone in your voice. Testimonials are the best advertisement they you will ever receive. God Bless
