Its Technorati’s State of the Blogosphere 2008 Report. I’ve been telling you all year long that having a blog is the way to go and it’s here to stay according to the report there are more blog readers than Facebook and MySpace.

- Blogs: 77.7 million unique visitors in the US
- Facebook: 41.0 million
- MySpace 75.1 million

Folks I rest my case and also it says on the report that bloggers make $75K+ in revenue for those with 100,000 or more unique visitors per month with a very minimum investment.

This is the reason I keep telling you to start blogging and for those of you that already have a blog keep on blogging it’s going to pay off "Mark My Word!" It make sense completely to me why people buy from me or buy my products and here’s "WHY".

You see we’re human beings and when we buy something what ever it is we decide to buy based on our emotions that’s why if you notice most of the time we don’t buy from people that we don’t like or from people that we don’t know.

A lot of times we ask for recommendations. If you also notice we always buy from those we TRUST and then we become repeat buyers if their product is good, right? This is why a blog is so powerful because it lets you get acquainted with your reader and connect with them.

This way they get to know you and you get to now them! Perfect example; I think this last month one of my regular readers and subscriber here Mike Gates said on his comment "The thing I really like about your blog is you make it so personal. I feel like I know you even though we have never met."

So I am confident that Mike will buy from me because he knows me already and my point is your blog lets you build a relationship with your readers and build a community around your business or niche you’re in and this is the KEY to successful blogging!

Well I am really glad because all these year I know I am right by telling you to keep on blogging and don’t stop. With Determination, Motivation, Focus and Consistency you too can succeed with blogging.
