Great video post Albert!
Sometimes I think IMers(Internet Marketers) forget just because we’re selling over the internet, things are more impersonal. To a point they are right, but nowadays, as you mentioned, people buy from you because they like you!

Great video! You make it sound sooooo simple! I agree with the comment above, it is something that takes time. Trust is not easily won, but once you get on the right path, it just takes persistence.
