Author: A few days ago one of my best friends Beau Penaranda (he’s like my brother) called me and as usual we talked about business and how we can help small businesses here locally in Vegas… But Beau came up with a great idea and Said,
“Albert we should record our discussion so professionals and small business can learn from this!” and I said, “Well that’s a great idea Beau” so we talked about using a wordpress blog VS. A Regular HTML page and how you can use a wordpress blog for your business effectively.
So below you can listen. Man this has so much value it’s like getting a powerful workshop for FREE and guys this is our actual conversation no rehearsal or scripted reading this is right off the top of our head so go ahead and listen and make sure you take notes!

You just laid out your basic formula for success in this audio.
I think there are many overlooking thinking that there must be some magical secret.
I like to use this analogy.
It’s like the farmer who goes out and lays down his foundation and puts work into plowing his garden. Once that effort is put in place he then plants his seeds daily or weekly… whichever the case.. then watched those seeds grow…and enjoys the harvest.
Put in the effort to plow buy doing what it takes to install your wordpress and its theme or your theme.
Then plant your seeds daily by blogging or posting to your blog. The seeds grow when you start getting your posts indexed into google. You then harvest your crops when people buy into what you are offering and you enjoy the harvest.
After you have laid down your foundation and done your “plowing”, then all you need to do is to provide your expertise in the form of posts in your original wording because google is all about original content.

Liked the enthusiasm towards the end about promoting “dry cleaning” business.
I just started using wordpress and thinks it’s fantastic platform (although I have not consistent in updating it – time to change)
What are your thoughts on flash based web sites? Do
they get optimized through Google search engine like or is content based.
So flash sites should be treated with the same
work ethic such as posting at least twice a week? Are there wordpres sites with flash capabilites? Just curious.

Thank you so much I’m glad you liked it… Yeah! wordpress is the bomb! yes the key is being consistent on posting also I don’t about the flash site but for sure SE don’t read flash they like content rich site, so WP is perfect!

I also prefer WP better than HTML Site because it is more SEO friendly.
As you can see, WP also have Tag system that we can take some advantage from it to score more higher rank in SERP in Search Engine.

7. plugins galore that add super functionality to your WP sites
8. easily add video content and podcasts to WP blogs
9. creates automatic traffic attraction system w/o doing much else than posting.
10. WP platform is free and has many developers who constantly update WP to make it safe, secure and easy to use.
