Serving Your Customers Can Boost Sales

I know many small businesses and even individuals are hurting right now financially. Many of my friends are having the same difficulties. So, I would like to share these powerful strategies that work like a charm all the time.

For the past few months this is what I’ve been doing. When I get a client and close a deal for consulting or web development I will do work for them and exceed their expectation. Like for example, if they buy a couple hours of my time I will give them one hour or more and NOT charge them.

And when I close a deal with web development I will do lots of extra work that is not included in the contract that we agreed on. It could be installing a plugin, creating more graphics to make the site more remarkable, or just doing whatever I know that will add value to serve them. I will just do it and never ask them for anything in return.

But at the end I still make more money you know why? Because they appreciate me and since I gave them so much value and free stuff, they will take the initiative to either recommend me to someone or give me referral.

Just like last week I did lots of extra work for this particular client of mine and he noticed that and when I was done with our project he sent me more money.

Then he also sent someone that needed my service and we closed the deal with that too. This happens all the time. So serving your customers can really boost your sales big time.

Really, there’s nothing to it, just serve them and give them more and in return you will get more customers and business. This is a very simple strategy, but yet very powerful.

Awakening For Small Business Owners


Folks I just want to share this with you about a real-life experience and I hope it will encourage you and wake you up a little bit if you’re running a business or if you’re a small business owner.

For the past few months I’ve probably spoken to at least 7 CEO’s of small businesses here in Las Vegas and throughout the US and it amazes me because it’s like a pattern the majority of them in the meetings will whisper to me and say, “Albert I’m scared!”

I rush to tell them that I am NOT God and I can’t perform a miracle but I will tell them that everything is going to be fine they just need to take ownership of the problem and do something about it.

If you don’t then you will see your business go down and shut for good and here’s why. I read this in some online survey that 85% of US consumers go online first before visiting an offline store or businesses, now hold that thought!

Ok you’ve probably heard that there are many businesses that are booming in a tough economy and many are going down as well, this is true; But you see if they said 85% of consumers go online first then those businesses that have a powerful and effective web presence are the ones that are funneling all the customers and they will thrive.

All those business that don’t have a web presence will compete with the remaining 15%. Guys that’s ONLY 15% and it’s no wonder why many businesses will not make it because it’s going to be impossible for them to compete.

Just like I always say it’s like fighting Mike Tyson with both your hands tied behind your back. For those who have a web presence they will have more advantage and will be able to compete fairly.

This is very simple math right? 85% VS. 15% is a very big difference. So think about it either just give in and throw in the towel, accept the fact that the economy is not getting any better and shut down your business, let your competitors call you a loser and your business won’t make it through the recession or actually do something and take ownership and weather the storm.

So when the economy gets better you can tell everyone that your company is strong and survived the depression and that’s a big deal as far as credibility. You can also tell them, “I’m the man!” 😀

Again this is a wakeup call for businesses and small business owners to do something for your business if you haven’t have a web presence yet invest in one, they’re not expensive you know.

Get your hustle on to get more customers that will buy your products and services so you’ll have more of a chance to survive vs your competitors. This will give you something to think about may the last man standing win and we’ll see who the man is!

Using Your Blog For Local Small Businesses

Many small businesses are very good running their business and over the years they learn all the trades of the business; for example if you’re running a dry cleaning business and have been in the business for a while then your experience has probably taught you some things and what needs to be done in certain situations.

But on the same token many businesses don’t know how to market their business it’s just the fact that a lot of them are NOT marketers and I can understand that.

That’s why I can understand why many of my small business owners/clients (offline) ask me, “How in the world does a business blog generate or bring cash to my business?” Well watch the video and I will explain it to you 😀


So like what I said I hope this will give you clarity about using a blog for your small business. I look at it as a vehicle that will take you anywhere you want to go. Just like a car when you have one you can go anywhere in a matter of minutes that will take you hours or even a whole day if you walk. That’s a big difference right?

Also we market our business, products and services for one reason and that is to get more customers and buyers and in today’s economy the best thing you can do and the most effective and powerful tool is using the internet to market your services.

Guys this is it if you want your business to survive you need to do it or you might as well shut your door or your business because eventually that will happen, mark my word I see it all the time I deal with it every single day.
