Again here’s how to get customers if you need them right away…

  • First, make a list of your existing customers and give them a call and just simply say hi, and see if they need anything that can help their business. 

  • Second, send your existing customers an email; just greet them, and check to see if they need anything from you. 

  • Third, update your social media status by saying hi to everyone and just ask all your friends if they need your business or if they know someone then send them to you, or have them call you.

This is the same method I’ve used before when I need business immediately, and this is how to get customers right away.

Does My Business Need A Website?

I get asked this question a lot and I will reply back by saying the question is not “Do I Need A Website For My Business?” the question you should be asking is what if one of your competitors gets a website first, especially if they’re a local business.

Well that means they will funnel all the customers on the internet to their site it’s as simple as that! And they will ask me more questions like “Why and how would a business website benefit my business or local business?”

Here’s how… By having a business website your company will…

1. Get More Customers:
By having a business website you have more of a chance of getting new customers. For example, if you’re a local plumbing company and there’s many people searching for plumbing services in your area and you have a website then you have more of a chance to get hired because they might find your business website and give you a call.

The facts show that 85% of local consumers search online first before they go to the actual store. We do it all the time too; before we go to a store we check the hours, locations, and services and/or offers. Now can you imagine if you don’t have a website? Your competition will eat you for lunch.

2. Promote Your Business:
When you have a business website you will be able to promote your business NOT just locally but to the whole world.

The great thing about it is your very own customers will tell their friends and family about your website and they might even send them your link (website address) and that alone can spread like wild fire and the beauty of it is it’s all free.

3. Selling Online: Product/Service:
When you’re in business you either sell products or services or maybe both but having a business website you would be able to sell your product or services directly from your website. How convenient is that?

Now if you require your customers to go to your local store at least you can have them buy it online and they can just pick it up in the store, kind of like Best Buy does.

4. Building Your Own Community:
By having a website you can build a community of loyal customers by participating in discussions, answering their questions and comments, or simply provide them with valuable information and maybe educate them about your product and services.

Just by getting to know your market you will have a community of customers that will buy from you over and over again.

5. Building Your Online Brand:
Well this is very important whether you have a website or NOT, but the great thing about having a website you’ll be able to build your brand faster just by interacting in social media and letting them know about your website.

Many folks will get to know your website and get familiar with your company brand or product and services. I know I can probably go and on and on…

But I think you get the point. The ultimate goal for having a business website is to get more customers, more buyers or get more leads because you know more customers’ means more sales and more profits.

But don’t wait and don’t put it on the back burner. You need to DO IT RIGHT NOW! to position your business for the next boom when the economy gets back up your website will have already matured and be established and you have more of a chance to funnel all the customers to your site.
