Ok! Thanks’ Albert

WordPress gained popularity as a blogging platform as well as a content management system. People have used WordPress and turn it into a number of solutions from a link directory, to a photo gallery and even an e-commerce shopping cart. In 2008, the interests with membership sites grew.

And with that, many wanted a plugin that will allow you to turn your WordPress installation into a paid membership site. Towards the end of 2008 and early 2009, a number of solutions surfaced. I am going to write to you about four different WordPress plugins that you can use to turn your WordPress into a membership site.

WP-member (http://www.wp-member.com) Available from only $26 per year, WP-member is one of the cheapest solution. Currently WP-member only works with Paypal but works are being done for Authorize.Net integration. You can accept subscription payments, one-off payments, and also offer free trials, as well as free members.

SUMA Plugin (http://www.sumaplugin.com) The SUMA Plugin allows you to get payments for subscriptions as well as pay-per-view. At the moment, SUMA works with Paypal and credit cards. Now at version 2.7, SUMA sells for 199.

WishList Member (http://member.wpwishlist.com) WishList offers integration with Paypal, ClickBank, Google Checkout and also 1Shopping Cart. With one shopping cart, you have more payment gateway options as long as 1ShoppingCart supports it for recurring payments.

WishList also allows you to create sequential content delivery which is suitable for online courses. WishList sells for $97 for a single domain license.

MemberWing (http://www.memberwing.com) MemberWing allows a straight-forward 4 levels of memberships. And it integrates with Paypal, PayDotCom and also e-Junkie. With e-Junkie, you can also accept Checkout payments.

MemberWing’s licenses start from $79.95 to $195. Yeah! just choose one of the plugin’s and turn your wordpress into a paid membership site so you can start making money!

That’s it and feel free to comment! (Don’t be Shy!) also when you comment and you have URL to your site it will show on the sidebar of this blog and guess what you’ll get some of my traffic!
